BROKEN ARROW, Oklahoma -- Broken Arrow city officials held a special ceremony Monday morning to announce the completion of a major road construction project.
The new road is around the NSU campus in Broken Arrow.
The school says it will give students and visitors better access to different parts of the campus.
The nearly $800,000 project was paid for by a 1998 city of Broken Arrow bond issue.
