TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa police arrested a 15-year-old girl in connection with a robbery and a stabbing Wednesday.
Police did not release the girl's name due to her age but said she robbed a employee at the Sonic at 5908 South Lewis Tuesday night. Officers said the girl stole the employee's change apron and ran off on foot to the Turtle Creek Apartments.
Hours later, about 3:30 a.m., police were called Turtle Creek Apartments, located at 2218 E. 59th Street, after a man in a wheelchair was stabbed during a robbery.
Officers found the 53-year-old man with stab wounds to the neck and back. He told police he opened the door to a woman asking to use the phone.
Police said when he let her in, she attacked him, stabbed him three times and sprayed pepper spray in his face. The woman took a laptop computer and a bag containing the man's wallet, cell phone and keys.
The man was taken by EMSA to a Tulsa hospital.
Police determined the woman lived in a nearby apartment. She was arrested for armed robbery at her apartment Wednesday afternoon.
Officers said they found evidence at her apartment linking her to the stabbing and the Sonic robbery.
