Murdered Watonga Girl Laid To Rest

WATONGA, Oklahoma -- A large crowd gathered Thursday afternoon at Watonga High School to remember an 8-year-old girl who was murdered.

Police say Rosalin Reynolds was killed last week by her cousin, James "Icey" Daukei. He's now charged with first-degree murder.

Investigators say Rosalin's father found her body in a field behind the family's apartment. According to court documents, Daukei was lying next to her, along with a shovel he'd used to dig a shallow grave.
