TULSA, Oklahoma -- The luxury estate of convicted fraudster George David Gordon will be auctioned by a U.S. Marshals contractor April 20, 2011 at 4 p.m.

The 19-room mansion is located at 10726 South Lakewood in Tulsa. In a news release, the home is valued in the millions and has a starting bid of $250,000.

The two story estate includes five bedrooms, six full and four half baths, an indoor basketball court, theatre room, game room, a second floor apartment with a private entrance and an outdoor living area with kitchen and fireplace, heated pool, regulation size tennis court, pool and tennis house.

George Gordon was convicted in May 2010 on multiple counts of securities and wire fraud and money laundering.   The U.S. Attorney's Office says the defendants bought stocks in their publicly traded companies, inflated the price and then marketed that stock to other investors as up and coming.

The release says a federal judge ordered that Gordon's former estate be forfeited to the U.S. government in February.

Proceeds from the auction will used to compensate victims of Gordon's crimes. Gordon is currently in a federal prison in Texas.
