UNDATED -- Oklahoma Baptist Disaster Relief teams expect to get assignments for tornado disaster response Friday.

Oklahoma Baptist State Director Sam Porter told News on 6 that authorities from the affected areas will have a conference call Friday at 11 am CST to make assignments with Baptist teams from surrounding states.

Porter said some areas remain off limits to relief agencies while search and rescue teams continue to work.

Oklahoma Baptists have mobile feeding stations, chainsaw crews, water purification and mobile shower units ready to respond immediately.
