Attorney Sues For Murrah Bombing Videos

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A Utah attorney is suing the federal government to release never-before-seen videos of the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building.

Attorney Jesse Trentadue is suing the FBI and CIA to release video under the 2008 Freedom of Information Act.

The FBI said there are no records of unreleased security recordings.

Trentadue disagrees, saying the agency hasn't done enough to confirm there are no tapes.
