Police: Teen Blows Up Bomb In Tulsa Mall Parking Lot

TULSA, Oklahoma -- News On 6 is learning new details about the man who police say set off a bomb at Promenade Mall.

The device blew up around 10:30 Wednesday night in the mall's north parking lot.

Police say they traced the bomb back to 19-year-old Jonathan Mullins. Officers say they went to the teenager's apartment and found a second bomb and parts to make more.

An agent from the FBI assisted in the search, according to the arrest report.

Mullins is still in jail and being held on $100,000 bond.
