Renaissance England Comes To Life At The Castle Of Muskogee

MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma -- Visitors to the Castle of Muskogee are being taken back to 16th century England as the Oklahoma Renaissance Festival continues this weekend.

The 16th annual event offers themed events and over a hundred vendors. Festival goers can also chow down on period food, including the crowd pleaser turkey legs.

It takes a year of planning and hundreds of people to make the festival a success.

The event continues every weekend this month from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tickets are $14.95 for adults and $12.95 for children.
