The hot topic around OSU during the off week was injuries.

Kendall Hunter, Dez Bryant, Perrish Cox, and Jermiah Price missed the Grambling State game due to injuries.

Hunter has been out since an apparent leg injury in the Houston contest. According to the depth chart, the starting tailback will be “Hunter or (Keith) Toston.”

Head coach Mike Gundy was not very specific about the status of his injured stars during his press conference.

“We’re not going to talk about any injuries,” Gundy said. “We’ll just place everyone on a day-to-day basis. Hopefully, we’ll get some of those guys back. They’ve been running and some guys have practiced. So, it’s just a day-to-day basis on whether we’ll get some of those guys back.”

Texas A&M has not been immune to the injury bug either. Top receiver Jeff Fuller suffered a broken leg earlier this year.

No matter who is playing, the Cowboys will shift their focus to the Aggies this week. Kickoff from Kyle field is set for 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
