NORMAN, Oklahoma -- Chosen by the league’s coaches, 18 University of Oklahoma players were named to the All-Big 12 football team, including four first-team selections.

Offensive tackle Trent Williams, defensive tackle Gerald McCoy, linebacker Travis Lewis and cornerback Dominique Franks were all selected to the first team. McCoy and Williams each made the first-team for the second straight season.

Among the second-team selections were DeMarco Murray, Ryan Broyles, Brody Eldridge, Jeremy Beal, Quinton Carter, Brian Jackson and Tress Way.

With the addition of this year’s four players, Oklahoma has totaled 443 first-team all conference players in its 94 years of league membership – an average of 4.7 players per season.

The Oklahoma State Cowboys were also well-represented on the All-Big 12 list, claiming four first-team players.
