What you need to know...
Oklahoma City is gunning for its third straight, which would be the Thunder's longest streak of the season. The Thunder continue a softer portion of the schedule by facing the worst team in the NBA. Oklahoma City has won seven straight against teams with losing records.
New Jersey is suffering through the worst season in the league this year. The Nets have been blown out on a regular basis with only nine losses coming by 10 points or less.
Who to watch...
Russell Westbrook may not be a natural point guard but he has shown some promise. The second-year player is averaging 20.7 points and 8.7 assists over the last three games. It is also no coincidence that Kevin Durant has scored 30 points in three straight games.
If the Nets had someone to watch they would not be 2-28. But if one must watch New Jersey, Brook Lopez would be the player to spotlight. Lopez leads the team in scoring, rebounding and blocking. The first-year player has been the only bright spot in an otherwise dim season.
