OSU forward Matt Pilgrim Ready to Return

STILLWATER, Oklahoma--OSU Head Coach Travis Ford said during the Cowboy radio broadcast Monday night that forward Matt Pilgrim is expected to rejoin the team at practice on Wednesday.

Ford had suspended Pilgrim after the first workout of the season a week and a half ago for not taking care of everything expected of a team member.

Ford said Pilgrim is now doing the right things, and the coach spoke with the team about his reinstatement.

Ford says they need to make sure Pilgrim is “all in” for the rest of the season.

Pilgrim sat behind the OSU bench during Monday night’s exhibition opener against OCU, and could see action Friday against Campbellsville KY in the Cowboys’ final exhibition game of the season.
