TULSA, Oklahoma – The last two weeks have been a roller coaster of emotion for the Tulsa Oilers. The team dropped their first two games at home to Mississippi. But then, just as fast, they won 3 straight games to pick up their first playoff series win in 17 years.
Now, with a couple days to rest, the Oilers are ready to get back on the ice.

Tulsa will take on Bossier-Shreveport in the Berry Conference semifinals. These two teams only played 3 times in the regular season. The Oilers went 1-2 in those games, but the good news is that the last time they met was in the middle of January, and both teams have changed a lot since then.

After winning 3 straight playoff games, including 2 on the road, the Oilers will try to keep that momentum going as they open up their semifinal series.

Game 1 of the series will be in Bossier City on Friday night. Then, just 24 hours later, the two teams will be back on the ice in Louisiana for game 2. Both teams will head west for game 3. That game will be at the BOK Center on Tuesday night. If game 4 is needed, the Oilers will host that on Friday, April 22. And if it does go all the way to a 5th game, that will be in Bossier City on Saturday, April 23.
