OKLAHOMA CITY – The Barons looked rejuvenated and in control on Wednesday night as they took down the Hamilton Bulldogs 5-2 at the Cox Convention Center.

The victory evened the best-of-seven series at two games apiece.

It didn’t take long for Oklahoma City to strike as Hunter Tremblay scored his first goal in an OKC uniform three minutes into the game.

But Hamilton tied it up with a goal from Ian Schultz as he put in a rebound at the 10:29 mark of the first.

The teams traded goals early in the second, but OKC went ahead on a score from Mark Arcobello at the end of the second.

Arcobello’s goal ended a power play drought in the playoffs for the Barons, who were 0-for-16 attempting to convert with a man advantage.

OKC added another goal from Linus Omark in the third as well as an empty-netter with 40 seconds remaining.

Game five of the North Division Semifinals is set for 7:05 p.m. on Friday at the Cox Convention Center.
