How Else Do You Explain It?

My suggestion to solve the Sooners road woes...hire a team psychologist.

At this point it has to be mental, for coaches and players alike. When the 1st snap sailed through Landry Jones hands and out of the end zone Saturday night, Sooner Nation took a collective sigh and said, "here we go again."

It has to be between the ears. How else can you explain the multitude of mistakes that only happen on the road? Special teams breakdowns, missing wide open receivers, dropping touchdowns...how else do you explain the difference between the Sooners in quarters 1, 2 and 4 Saturday night and the dominant team that appeared out of thin air in quarter 3?

At this point it has to be mental. To be great on the road you have to embrace the hostility. You have to feed off it. The Sooners are hesitant, cautious, afraid to mess up. I wonder how much it would cost to fly in Dr. Phil?
