I hope that T-U fans will send Justin Hurtt off with a fond farewell Saturday.  Last seasons senior night was a farewell for two terrific players in Jerome Jordan and Ben Uzoh.  Both were taken in the NBA draft last June.

Hurtt has a solid chance to be selected in this years NBA draft and hes been as valuable to the Golden Hurricane as Jordan and Uzoh were.

Hurtt had been the steadying force for T-U this season.  The Golden Hurricane have dealt with injuries to Jordan Clarkson and Steven Idlett among others and have struggled to find consistent scoring inside.

Yet still they stand with a chance to make a run to the NCAA tournament and Hurtt has been the main reason why.

Hurtt will likely be underrated when you go through the annals of Golden Hurricane basketball, but nobody who has seen this T-U team play underestimate the value of the Raytown, Missouri senior.
