TULSA, Oklahoma -- A Tulsa mother is furious over what she calls a life-threatening case of cyber bullying.

She says a social networking site is dragging her daughter's reputation through the mud and she says her daughter is not the only one.

"This is why those kids kill themselves, you know what I mean. This is exactly why," Stacy Price said.

Price wants to close the book on a Facebook page she says is ruining her daughter's life.

"We need policies against this," she said.

News On 6 did not show the name of the site to protect the identity of the students shown, but we will say it's connected to Will Rogers High School.

The page invites viewers to "roast" their classmates for being a "hoe, slut, tramp or fake." In 25 days, it's posted pictures of 16 girls. Price's daughter popped up Thursday night.

"She was posted on the site. And all of these things, horrible things that she had done with these boys that we don't even know," she said.

Price says her daughter thought the claims were so outrageous at first, she just laughed them off. Then she went to school.

"She called me from school crying," she said. "Because in second hour, they accessed the site and they were screaming bad words at her the whole time. And so she ran out of class and called me and I had to come up here and get her."

Price says the site spreads like wildfire because the page has 265 friends and users send text messages to alert others about new postings.

News On 6 education reporter Ashli Sims called Tulsa Public Schools to ask what could be done about the page and the person who created it. The district says since it's not part of their site, all they can do is file a complaint with Facebook.

"These poor girls, ya'know," Price said.  "And I don't think it's physically possible for them to be doing what they say they're doing. And I feel bad for them, because they have no recourse."

News On 6 education reporter Ashli Sims filed a complaint with Facebook about the page and emailed the social networking site. It seems like the page has already been removed.

Tulsa Police say these types of sites pop up occasionally and parents best bet is to work with Facebook to get the page deleted.
