NORMAN, Oklahoma -- The University of Oklahoma, its online commerce partner, Team FanShop, and the United Way of Norman have teamed up on a project that will lend much-needed assistance to those agencies currently providing relief after recent tornadoes that struck throughout Oklahoma.

A T-shirt and hat have been produced for sale with all of the proceeds to be distributed by United Way to agencies providing tornado relief statewide. Two United Way partners, the American Red Cross and the Salvation Army, work directly with disaster relief victims.

The shirt, manufactured by Box Seat Clothing Co., will sell for $19.95, while the hat, manufactured by Norman's Top of the World, will sell for $15.00.

Both items carry a message that says, "Rebuild, Restore, Re-emerge and Recover, Sooners for the Sooner State."

Buy a shirt and hat to help tornado victims.
