TULSA, Oklahoma – After the 2011 WNBA season, Shock rookie Liz Cambage is heading home.

Cambage announced in a tweet on Monday that she will rejoin the Melbourne Bulleen Boomers for the 2011-12 WNBL season:

"after the WNBA I will be returning home to play in the @WNBL with the melbourne bulleen boomers - home sweet home"

The Women's National Basketball League is an Australian league featuring 10 teams from around the country.

Cambage played for the Bulleen Boomers last season and was named the WNBL MVP while leading her team to the WNBL Championship.

Cambage has not yet announced whether she will return to the Tulsa Shock for another season after her rookie debut.

With the 2012 Olympics looming, many expect her to stay in Australia and lead the Australian national team when the games roll around.
