SAPULPA, Oklahoma -- Creek County Sheriff's deputies thought an 11-year-old boy committed suicide Friday at a home outside Sapulpa, now they're not so sure it's that simple.

Investigators say after talking with family members and reviewing the evidence, it appears the young boy's 13-year-old brother was with him when he was shot in the head.

Now, the 13-year-old will go before a judge and according to the Creek County Sheriff's Office. He could end up being charged with first degree manslaughter.
