Tulsa Convenience Store Robbed Of Cash And Cigarettes

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A lone black male is being sought in connection with the robbery of a Tulsa convenience store early Tuesday.

Tulsa Police say just before 3 a.m. the suspect entered the Phillips 66 at 3106 South Yale and came up behind a store clerk and implied he had a gun.

The suspect then forced the clerk to the back office.

The suspect, described as 5'8", wearing a black and white camo style hooded sweatshirt and a blue bandana with eye holes, went behind the counter and took money and cigarettes.

He then ran out the door and was last seen running west on 31st Street.

The clerk was not injured.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
