Tulsa's Dog House Serves Exotic Hot Dogs To After Hour Crowds

TULSA, Oklahoma---The Dog House in downtown Tulsa stands out with its unique wooden paint job. The hot dogs stand out with their great variety ingredients.

‘If you want relish and catsup then we've got you,' said owner Joshua Lynch, ‘but if you want to get out of the box, then we've definitely got you there.'

‘This is the Mercury dog and it's my favorite,' said Dog House patron Theron Warlick, ‘this has got jalapeno relish, cream cheese and raspberry jam. So you've got your spicy, your savory and your sweet all together. That makes the perfect hot dog.'

Owner Josh Lynch is happy with his new location.

‘We started out doing hot dog carts around town and it grew into this. A friend of mine had this restaurant before and we were just able to move in,' said Josh, ‘I told everyone that I was handed a diamond, not even in the rough, just dusty. All I had to do was dust it off.'

Music on the back patio and late night hours make the Dog House popular with a younger crowd.
