1 Dead, 5 Injured In Blaine County Fatal Car Accident

A two-car accident in Blaine County killed one person, left one critically injured and injured four other people. This happened just before 7 a.m. Saturday on Highway 58.

BLAINE COUNTY, Oklahoma – A two-car accident in Blaine County killed one person, left one critically injured, and injured four other people. This happened just before 7 a.m. Saturday on Highway 58.

According to the accident report, a car driven by 23-year-old Jessica Webster was eastbound on a country road, she failed to yield and was struck by a car driven by 48-year-old Julie Kaye Hulsey, who was driving northbound on Highway 58.

Eighteen-year-old Joseph Anthony Vorva Jr. was ejected approximately ten feet away from Webster's car. Vorva was pronounced dead at the scene.

Seventeen-year-old Frankie Cometsevah was also ejected from Webster's car. He was transported by Longdale-Canton EMS to Okeene Hospital and was Medi-Flighted to OU Medical Center with severe internal and external injuries. Cometsevah is listed in critical condition.

Both of the drivers, and the other two passengers were transported to Okeene Hospital to be treated.
