TULSA, Oklahoma -- Public Service Company of Oklahoma thinks it has found the source of a power outage problem that impacted a south Tulsa neighborhood early Tuesday.
PSO says a significant area around 68th and Sheridan was without power from 2 a.m. to almost 4 a.m.
Along with homes, a number of businesses, including an assisted living center and traffic lights were affected.
A feeder power line to the area is both above and below ground, so PSO checked out every line. PSO told News On 6, crews found a primary power line at 67th and Yale which was sagging and occasionally making contact with a feeder line causing an outage.
PSO crews are now fixing the problem and do not expect any more power problems in the area.
