East Central Continues Dominance With Another Blowout

TULSA, Oklahoma – The East Central Cardinals registered their third consecutive blowout Thursday with a 57-0 victory over the Tahlequah Tigers.

The Cardinals (7-1, 5-0) remain undefeated in district play and are guaranteed a playoff berth. They have won their last three games by a combined score of 130-7.

The loss was the worst of the season for Tahlequah (2-6, 1-4), which fell into a tie for last place in the district. The Tigers will face Claremore (3-5, 2-3) next week, while East Central will take on Grove (6-2, 4-1). A win in that game would guarantee the Cardinals a first-place finish in the district.
