TULSA, Okla. – The Midwest City girls had no trouble in the 6A state semifinals, breezing past the Edmond Memorial Lady Bulldogs 52-30 at the Mabee Center on Friday.


It didn’t take long for the Lady Bombers to assert themselves, for they jumped out to a 15-4 lead after one quarter.


Midwest City also led 30-13 at halftime.


The Lady Bombers advance to the state championship game, which will take place against Edmond Santa Fe on Saturday at Noon at the Mabee Center.
