Green Country Students Get Free 'Back To School' Haircuts

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Some Green Country hairstylists and stylists-in-training are give students free haircuts for school.

Clary Sage and Oklahoma Technical College are hosting the third annual Cuts for Kids. As you can imagine, parents and kids lined up to take part.

"We have some families that come in with 5 and 6 children and that is very expensive to take care of that family. And, what we do is help provide that resource for them," Ronald Carlson, Assistant Campus Director, said.

There is still time to get a haircut.

Clary Sage is offering them from 6:45 p.m. until 9 p.m. Monday night, and Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and again Tuesday evening.

You can also stop by Oklahoma Technical College until 10 p.m. Monday night or pretty much anytime tomorrow.
