OKLAHOMA CITY -- The driver of a deadly car crash in Oklahoma City is now charged with manslaughter.
Oklahoma City police say 22-year-old Hunter Sivigliano was speeding when he flipped his car near southeast 74th and Air Depot back in June.
His passenger, 23-year-old Ryan Gonzales died in the accident. Another passenger survived, was treated at the hospital, but died a month later.
Sivigliano also was arrested driving under the influence.
