National TV Show Visits Tulsa Restaurant

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A Tulsa restaurant got national exposure Wednesday night when it was featured on the TV show Man V. Food Nation.

Elote was showcased during the show's Route 66 segment which features restaurants and food challenges all along the mother road.

Elote's owner cooked up 23 of their famous puffy tacos to see if someone could eat them all in 90 minutes.

US Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Manny Groll from Owasso was up for the challenge. Now, Groll's picture hangs on the wall at the restaurant until the next challenger comes along.
