Muldrow Woman Killed In Collision With Tree

One woman was killed and one woman was injured, after their car struck a tree in Sequoyah County early Saturday morning. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

SEQUOYAH COUNTY, Oklahoma – One woman was killed and one woman was injured, after their car struck a tree in Sequoyah County early Saturday morning. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Nineteen-year-old Lori Fisher from Muldrow, Oklahoma was transported to Sparks Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas, where she died of severe injuries suffered in the collision.

According to the accident report, a 1998 Ford Taurus driven by 20-year-old Terra Hoffman was southbound on County Road 4760 when it left the roadway to the left for an unknown reason, hitting a tree on the passenger's side.

Hoffman was transported to Sparks Hospital where she was treated and released.

Troopers say neither Fisher nor Hoffman was wearing a seatbelt.
