MAJOR COUNTY, Oklahoma -- A Honda driver rammed the back of a pickup then ran over the driver early Saturday morning in Major County.

Greg Allen Childers of Tecumseh was taken to an Enid hospital after the driver of a Honda car struck him on U.S. Highway 412, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Childers, 26, was driving westbound at about 3:25 a.m. when the Honda struck his 2005 Chevy pickup from behind.

Childers pulled over to the side of the roadway, and troopers say the Honda rammed the back of the pickup again causing damage to the vehicle. Childers got out of the truck, and the Honda struck him then left the scene.

Troopers say the Honda driver smelled of alcohol. They did not know the driver's identity.
