TULSA, Oklahoma – The Tulsa Shock finished with the worst winning percentage in WNBA history after a 102-94 loss in overtime to the San Antonio Silver Stars Sunday in the final game of the season.

The Shock (3-31) led for the majority of the second half and held a four-point advantage with only 49 seconds left in regulation. But Jia Perkins hit a 3-pointer to cut the lead to one, and Tulsa's Andrea Riley could only make one of two free throws on the ensuing possession.

The Silver Stars (18-16) only needed two points to tie, and they got them from former Oklahoma Sooner Danielle Robinson. Robinson hit a lay-up with 24 seconds left, and both teams missed potential game-winning shots in the waning seconds to send the game to overtime.

Tulsa came out flat in the extra period, and the Silver Stars immediately took advantage. The Silver Stars started overtime on a 9-0 run, and the Shock never came close to eliminating the deficit.

Robinson led all scorers with 36 points on 14-of-19 shooting and also had six assists and four rebounds. Riley and Sheryl Swoopes led the Shock with 20 points each, and five Tulsa players scored in double digits.

The Shock's three wins matches the 1998 Washington Mystics for fewest in league history, but in that year the WNBA only played 30 games. Tulsa played 34 games this season, making its .097 winning percentage the worst in league history.
