That's led to some voters having to leave and come back with identification - and some people cast ballots that won't be counted Tuesday.

Tulsa County Election Board says there have been few problems with the new voter identification law.

"The idea has gone very well. We haven't had many problems. The people that didn't have ID's, voted provisionally. So that will be researched here at the Election Board," said Patty Bryant, Election Board Secretary.

The turnout is expected to be about 10 percent of the registered voters – 20,000 out of 200,000.
