East Tulsa Motel Guest Robbed At Gunpoint

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police are looking for a man who robbed two motel guests early Monday morning.

Shortly before 6 a.m., the man knocked on the door of a room at the Super 8 Motel in the 11500 block of East Skelly Drive, telling the couple in the room he had run out of gas and needed to use the phone.

Once inside the room, the man pulled a handgun and took the male victim's wallet then ran away.

The only description police have of the robber is that he was a black male in his mid-20's.

The motel guests were not injured.
