Ground Broken On New Downtown Office Tower

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A new five story office building is coming to downtown Tulsa. One Place broke ground Thursday on the second phase of their development at 2nd and Denver.

Northwestern Mutual Financial is the largest tenant of the new building and they say being downtown was important.

"It's exciting, there's going to be a lot of growth there and just more to come. We just think it's going to be a jumping off point for the city in general," said Lance Franczyk of Northwestern Mutual Financial.

The third and fourth phases of the One Place development will include a hotel as well as residential and retail space.
