TULSA, Oklahoma -- Nearly 300 people from around the Country are in Tulsa celebrating life after cancer.
The Cancer Treatment Centers of America organized this event for folks who've been cancer-free at least five years.
Emily Wriedt's daughter came all the way from Germany to help her mark the milestone.
"To be able to celebrate a day like this is unbelievable because not only is it just something for yourself, but it's all with these members that are here that's family. It's so personal," Emily said.
Emily is sharing her story with those are still battling cancer - to let them know there is hope of beating a cancer diagnosis.
