TULSA, Oklahoma -- A 13-year-old female student heading to a Tulsa high school Monday morning was struck by a car when she stepped into a crosswalk at 46th Street North and Peoria.

Tulsa Police say there are conflicting reports about who had the right of way with the traffic signals at the time of the incident.

EMSA took the teen to a Tulsa hospital with what police say were non-life threatening injuries.

The incident was close to the school zone for McClain High School.
