First Annual Paws For AIDS Held In Downtown Tulsa

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Saturday, October 1 marked the first ever Pet Parade and Pet Costume Contest held by the Tulsa AIDS Walk.

Participants were encouraged to bring their pets in costume including look alike outfits.

Paws for AIDS was held before the walk started at Centennial Park, 6th and Peoria. The event raised money for the AIDS United AmeriCorps Team Tulsa and other HIV prevention and care programs.
