Hot crab and artichoke dip
Recipe from Mrs. Mah Sr.
1 16 oz. container fresh crab meat
1 can artichoke hearts (drained and diced)
1 pkg shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
Combine all ingredients (except dry bread crumbs). Mix well and place in flat ovenproof casserole dish. Sprinkle mixture with the dry bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Good served with crackers or tortilla chips.
