Bench Warrant Issued For Tulsa Man Charged With Rape

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police are looking for a 44-year-old man wanted out of Tulsa County on a first degree rape charge.

Police say Earnest Padillow is a repeat offender.

They say the Tulsa County District Attorney has approved two more counts of first degree rape in connection with another victim.

Court records show Padillow didn't show up for September 29, 2011 court hearing and the judge ordered his bond revoked and a bench warrant issued.

He had a trial date set on the charges for early September, but that date had been continued several times.

Tulsa Police believe he may still be in the Tulsa area.
