Suspected Tulsa Rapist Turns Himself In
TULSA, Oklahoma -- A 44-year-old Tulsa man wanted on three first degree rape and two rape by instrumentation charges turned himself in to Tulsa Police Monday evening.
Police issued a news release Monday stating Earnest Padillow had failed to show up for a September 29, 2011 court hearing and the judge had ordered his bond revoked and a bench warrant issued.
Padillow contacted Tulsa Police and turned himself in at about 10:30 p.m.
Padillow was booked into the Tulsa County jail and ordered held without bond.
