The weather isn't stopping what might be the most important bedlam game the Cowboys and Sooners have every played, and the Salvation Army didn't want some of Tulsa's less-fortunate to miss out on the excitement.

The Center of Hope homeless shelter hosted a watch party so people with no place to go could watch the game on a big screen.

Program managers said their homeless patrons benefit by doing the same everyday activities at the shelter they would do if they had a home.
