Oklahoma veterans from each branch of the military were honored in a special holiday ceremony Saturday.

Wreaths Across America donates holiday wreaths to state Veterans cemeteries across the country.  On Saturday, the campaign honored veterans at Fort Gibson National Cemetery.

"It's always important to remember," James Sanders, Master of Ceremonies, said.  "It's very easy to forget."

"It's a great honor for me to be here," Darrell Poague, a U.S. Army veteran, said.  "To salute our veterans that gave their lives for our country."

The campaign also pays tribute to the Merchant Marine as well as Prisoners of War and those still Missing in Action.
