Another family will be warm this winter and many winters to come thanks to Heating Hearts.

News On 6 teamed up with Airco Service to pick two families to get a free central heating system installed in their homes.

The second family got theirs Tuesday and for them, the last couple of winters have been tough. They say getting a new heating system from Airco is the answer to prayers.

Think about what it's like when you're cold. Not just uncomfortable cold, but really cold. Angela Williams and her sons Daniel and Joshua know what it's like.

"Seven, eight blankets on top. Sleep in their thermals, extra clothing, sometimes their jackets just to make due, to get through the night," Williams said.

For Williams, the only thing heavier than all those blankets is the weight of knowing her children are cold, and the feeling of being powerless to make things better.

"As a single parent you're supposed to be the provider of the family, and then you see them suffering it does. It does hurt," she said.

Their early 70's furnace is too dangerous to use. During the blizzards and record cold over the last couple of years, her sons' bedroom would get so cold, they could see their breath.

"You could act like a dragon when you blow your breath," said 12-year-old Joshua William.

In a home filled with love, happiness and peace, Williams prayed for heat. Her prayers were answered by HVAC installers.

They don't have Santa hats; instead they have Airco Service patches on their shirts. And behind the patches, there are caring hearts.

"It's not a nice thing to know there are people in our own city, state, country. without heat. Without air, you know. It's something we all need," said Chuck Williams of Airco Service.

Airco Service is replacing the family's furnace with a brand new one as part of the Heating Hearts giveaway.

"Now that we have a new heater, we won't have to put so many blankets on us. I'm very happy for those guys coming and fixing our heater," said 13-year-old Daniel Williams.

It's a wonderful gift. A deserving family. An opportunity to make a difference.

"They just don't know how they've blessed us so much, and I'm so thankful," said Angela Williams.

The family says this is the best gift they could have ever imagined. It's something they will use every single day during the winter for years to come.
