Tulsa Police have arrested a man in connection with a robbery at a CVS pharmacy late Tuesday night.

Police got the call just after 8 p.m. at the store near 41st and Harvard.

Officers arrested Forrest Devitt at a motel near 31st and Memorial at about 9:30 p.m.

Tulsa Police robbery detectives with the Fugitive Warrants Unit located him at the Super 8 Motel.

Devitt at first refused to leave his motel room, but the barking from a K9 officer persuaded him to come out.

Tulsa Police say Devitt walked up to the CVS pharmacist, implied he had a gun and demanded pills.

Police say Devitt then took off with several bottles of prescription drugs and did not take any money.

Forrest Devitt was booked into the Tulsa County Jail on a complaint of Robbery by Force or Fear and Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.
