An Oklahoma woman found guilty of killing her husband in late October was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole.
A Mayes County judge handed down the sentence to Wendy Cobb Wednesday afternoon. A jury convicted Cobb of the murder which happened in 2009.
Wendy's ex-boyfriend Nicholas Shires admitted killing Michael Cobb, because Wendy wanted her husband dead and was willing to pay.
Shires told a jury that Michael Cobb was beaten then dragged inside his home and set on fire.

For his part in the murder, Shires will serve 22 years in prison after agreeing to testify against Wendy Cobb.
