Keiton Page scored the final 12 points of the game to lead Oklahoma State to a 67-59 win over Texas Tech Tuesday.

Page's performance paired with a 21 point night from LeBryan Nash was enough to give the Cowboys their first conference win of the season and move them to 8-6 on the year.

Texas Tech jumped out to a quick lead, but OSU came back and took the lead on a three pointer by Marek Soucek to go up 14-13. From there OSU took care of the ball and took advantage of free throw opportunities to slowly build a first half lead.

Nash scored 16 points in the first 16 minutes of the game to lead all scorers.

Two very noticeable stats by halftime: Oklahoma State had zero turnovers in the first half and went 11-for-11 from the free throw line. That mixed with 43 percent shooting helped OSU lead 40-29 at the break.

The Cowboys would lead by as many as 13 in the second, but the Red Raiders would claw back and cut it to two points.

Page then hit two clutch three-pointers to go up 63-57. After that Page was fouled twice and made all four free throws to seal the win.

Since taking over at point guard for the Cowboys, Page has scored 71 points in three games. He finished with 23 points and three steals on the night.

Nash tallied 21 points and six rebounds while Markel Brown added 10 points off the bench.

Oklahoma State committed only two turnovers on the night and shot 39.2 percent from the floor and 35.3 percent from three point range.

The Red Raiders had four players score in double figures. They were led by Jordan Tolbert who tallied 13 points and 13 rebounds.

The Cowboys are now 8-6, 1-0 on the season while Texas Tech dropped to 7-6. They will play Texas Saturday, Dec. 7 at 6 p.m. in Austin.
