An argument over loud music ended with one Tulsa man shot in the leg and his neighbor in jail.

Tulsa police were called to the Arbors of Southern Hills apartment complex at 6700 block of South Zunis at about 1:30 p.m.

Officers told The News On 6 that Gabriel Ball came downstairs to complain that Bruce Gerber was playing music too loudly. The two men argued, and, police say, Ball shot Gerber at least once in the leg.

Gerber was transported to St. Francis Hospital in serious condition.

Gabriel Jerome Ball, 21, turned himself in to police later in the afternoon. He was booked on a complaint of shooting with intent to kill.

He is being held on a $75,000 bond.
