A Tulsa teen who was carjacked at gunpoint has had her car returned.

The 17-year-old says police found her car over the weekend and one of the suspected carjackers has been identified as a suspect in a deadly home invasion.

Earlier this month, Dallas Swan and her friend Shane were parked when two young men walked up and asked to borrow a cell phone, then pulled a gun.

Dallas Swan didn't think she would ever see her car again.  Now, she considers herself lucky.

The only things missing are an iPod and some quarters.

"When I opened my door, Shane's cell phone was on my seat and all my change was scattered," Swan said.

Swan says she doesn't know why she and her friend were carjacked.  She thinks the men may have just jumped at the opportunity.

"After I saw the gun, I grabbed my purse and gave them what they wanted and I got out of there as fast as I could," she said.

Police say Bill Zachary, 66, did the same thing during a home invasion on January 16th. Several men in ski masks and carrying a gun and a baseball bat, kicked in his door and demanded money. Zachary complied but was shot and killed, according to police.

After police arrested five men in connection with Zachary's death, Swan says her friend Shane recognized one of the men, Marquis Powell.

"He looked at his Facebook and said that's him. That's for sure Marquis. He's the one who pulled the gun on us," Swan said.

"I was like 'My God.' It's right here in our backyard. You don't think it's going to happen to you. Especially with kids they went to school with," said Cheryl Swan, Dallas' mother.

Swan says she can't identify the carjacker because she only saw the lower part of his face.

"He could have easily pulled the trigger on us. That man gave them everything they asked for and they still shot him. They could have shot me even though I gave everything they wanted," Swan said.

Tulsa police say they are still investigating the connection between the carjacking and the home invasion.
