1. The "I don't have time to cook" recipe:

Solution: Assemble this quick and easy breakfast wrap before bed. Microwave for one minute on high the next morning.

Ingredients : 8-inch Whole wheat tortilla, 2 ounces Canadian bacon, 2 ounces cheese

2. The "I don't have a big appetite in the morning" recipe:

Solution: Create your own trail mix for mid-morning snack and/or pair with yogurt to make a parfait.

Combine ¼ cup whole almonds (Cocoa Roast for chocolate lovers), 2 ounces of dried fruit of your choice (Cranberries, apricots, gold raisins), ¼ cup of Go Lean Kashi Crunch

3. The " I eat at my desk" recipe:

Solution: Grab a smoothie to go, by making them up ahead of time. You can freeze a smoothie and thaw it out when you want it and let it thaw on the way to work.

Raspberry-Banana Smoothie: Combine ½ banana, ½ cup frozen raspberries, ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt, and 8 ounces skim milk in a blender. Pulse until smooth.

Smoothie Tips:

#1 Put the liquid in first. It's easier on the blender and gets things moving faster

#2. Using frozen fruit often negates the need for ice.

#3 If freezing, allow some space in the container as your smoothie will likely expand
